About us
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Be welcomed by owner-directors György Somkuti and Péter Turi. Let us introduce our companies, CAmolD Lp. and CAMilleon Ltd.
We established CAmolD Lp. in march of 1999.
Based on our current knowledge and experience we dealt only with design, as making CAD-models and CNC programs for mold-tools. As our work satisfied our partners, we could became quite well connected.
Realising that our partners are looking for manufacturing capacity beside technological design, we founded CAMilleon Ltd. in september 2001 and bought a CNC manufacturing center and extended our activities to the area of milling as well. Our partners were satisfied with our job and provided us a lot of work.
As our reputation growed, and the number of our partners increased, we took a step further. We started to design and manufacture molding-tools as main-contractors.
Naturally for this larger step, our current machinery was not satisfactory, so we decided to purchase an electrical discharge machine, and some conventional machines, such as drill, lathe and grind. This made us capable to handle more serious projects.
Our conception was to build from the top, thus - contrary the companies operating in our surroundings - we do not take the jobs' conventional part, but the most important, highly technologized ones. Doing so, we entrust our cooperators to take the conventional hand-made procedures.
Both of us fulfilled the EROWA's one week course, in the headquarters of EROWA, Switzerland. Based on this knowledge, we introduced the appliance of EROWA tools in our everyday routine.
As our basic action is CAD/CAM, our company has a solid software and hardware background making us capable of complete design and manufacture of molding-tools, or even plastic products, from concept to the final touchable mold product.
